Shipping policy

All orders will be packed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once we have received your order confirmation. 

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. All orders will receive tracking details once they are available. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Shipping estimations are only estimations, we apologise if your order takes longer than expected but once we leave your parcel with the courier we are unable to speed them up, and we thank you for your understanding.

At this time we do ship internationally (New Zealand only, but we are working hard behind the scenes to include book lovers from other countries!). Due to certain international policies (i.e. GSPR, tariff laws, etc.) we are unable to ship everywhere. If your country is not currently available we apologise and hope you check back in at a later date when we may have been able to add your country to our store! (If you have any questions about this please don't hesitate to send us an email)

Orders made during launch or sale periods may take longer to be processed, please allow up to 7 business days.
